Kayla has a passion for real estate- it runs in her family. A native Washingtonian, Ms. Venners began her real estate career successfully marketing and launching the $150M Westlight luxury condominium project in D.C.’s Westend- known as the “Power and Politics” building and home to high profile buyers who are movers and shakers in both business and politics.
Kayla understands the importance of relationship building and has succeeded in establishing an outstanding client and broker network.
After graduating with a B.S. in Journalism/Mass Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she returned to her roots in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area where she now focuses on luxury condominium buildings and unique townhomes and single-family homes in both established and up and coming neighborhoods.
Listening to her clients’ needs and customizing each and every client experience is her mantra.
Kayla lives in Arlington, Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys the local music scene and spending time outdoors with her four-legged friend.
